1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included

  • The return request is submitted with proof of purchase

Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items showing signs of wear or use

  • Final-sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos or video showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

No return shipping costs will be charged for our error.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or damaged item.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after receiving it.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item or color, please return your original item and place a new order.
